Modjadeep.SA from Tzaneen Modjadeep.SA , Producers and Dj's duo has kicked off in 2016 with all engines roaring. Just released their new dreams remix pack , featuring Alberto Jr and Lentsi on 22 October 2021. The EP was recorded just days before the world learned of covid 19 and lock down. South Africa's very own house duo returns to their Afro tech Throne here, with a four remix track EP that sees them flexing four different sets of house musical muscles. On the first, we have  Dj Nascent  himself, which is a drum beast with his underground nostalgia. The track starts with an energetic percussive intro, then introduces a killer kick, throbbing bassline from the lama of Khalanga Records, some distinctly fresh synth and, finally, the filtered diva vocal courtesy of Tzaneen star Lentsi.... whereas  Track two  is Modjadeep.SA's Tech mix from a very special and majestic place, being a tuff, driving slab of underground Afro tech-house, topped with a feeling of jazzy house vocal and some ancestral squiggles and having something of a tribal tinge to the drums. four quite different cuts on offer here, then, but that's not to say you couldn't play both in one set.
